PV2R2-26-LR, PV2R2-33-LR PV2R2-41-LR, Oil Pump | Partsdic®

The PV2R2 series pumps are characterized by their compact size, lightweight design, and low noise operation.

These features make them ideal for applications where space is limited, and quiet operation is desired. Despite their compact size, these pumps offer excellent performance and can handle high-pressure applications efficiently. The PV2R2-26-LR, PV2R2-33-LR, and PV2R2-41-LR models have different displacement volumes, which determine the flow rate and the amount of fluid they can transfer per revolution. The PV2R2-26-LR has a displacement volume of 26 cm³/rev, the PV2R2-33-LR has a displacement volume of 33 cm³/rev, and the PV2R2-41-LR has a displacement volume of 41 cm³/rev. This range of displacement volumes allows users to select the pump that best suits their specific flow requirements.

These pumps are designed to operate at high pressures, providing reliable performance even in demanding conditions.

They can handle pressures up to 21 MPa (210 bar) in continuous operation, ensuring efficient fluid transfer and system stability. The high-pressure capability of these pumps makes them suitable for applications that require precise control and consistent performance. The PV2R2 series pumps utilize a vane-type design, where vanes slide in and out of slots in the rotor to create pumping action. This design allows for smooth and efficient fluid transfer, minimizing energy loss and maximizing overall system efficiency. The use of high-quality materials and precision manufacturing techniques ensures the durability and longevity of these pumps, even under heavy-duty operating conditions. These pumps also feature a built-in pressure relief valve, which protects the system from overpressure situations. The relief valve is designed to open when the system pressure exceeds the set limit, diverting excess fluid back to the reservoir and preventing damage to the pump and other system components. Installation and maintenance of the PV2R2 series pumps are relatively straightforward. The pumps can be mounted in various orientations, allowing flexibility in system design.
