IPV/5/50+IPC6/125/101, Double Pump High-pressure Internal Gear Pumps | Partsdic®

The IPV/5/50 pump, the first component of this double pump system, is designed for high-pressure applications.

It features an internal gear design, where two precisely machined gears rotate in a tight tolerance housing. This design ensures minimal leakage and excellent volumetric efficiency. The IPV/5/50 pump is capable of delivering a maximum pressure of 5,000 psi (345 bar) and has a flow rate of 50 gallons per minute (189 liters per minute). With its robust construction and high-performance capabilities, the IPV/5/50 pump is well-suited for demanding applications in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and hydraulic power systems. The IPC6/125 pump, the second component of the double pump, complements the IPV/5/50 pump by providing a higher flow rate. It is also an internal gear pump with similar construction and reliability. The IPC6/125 pump can deliver a maximum pressure of 6,000 psi (414 bar) and offers a flow rate of 125 gallons per minute (473 liters per minute). This pump is particularly suitable for applications that require higher volumes of fluid transfer while maintaining the desired pressure levels.
