The AZPF series pumps are known for their compact design and high volumetric efficiency.

They are capable of handling a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including mineral oils, water-glycol, and synthetic fluids. The pumps are designed to operate smoothly and quietly, reducing noise levels and providing reliable performance. One of the key features of the AZPF series is its modular construction. The pump consists of several interchangeable components, allowing for easy maintenance and repair. This modular design also enables flexibility in configuring the pump to meet specific application requirements. The series offers various shaft options, porting configurations, and mounting options, ensuring compatibility with different hydraulic systems. The AZPF series pumps utilize a positive displacement rotary gear mechanism. This mechanism consists of two intermeshing gears—a driving gear and a driven gear—enclosed within a housing. As the gears rotate, they create chambers between the teeth and the pump housing, which allows fluid to enter and exit the pump. This design provides a continuous and uniform flow of hydraulic fluid, ensuring consistent system performance.

The pumps in the AZPF series have excellent volumetric efficiency, delivering a high flow rate with minimal internal leakage.

They offer low pulsation and vibration levels, enhancing overall system stability and reducing wear on downstream components. The pumps are capable of generating pressure up to 250 bar (3625 psi), making them suitable for demanding hydraulic applications. In terms of operational characteristics, the AZPF series pumps are designed for continuous-duty applications. They have a wide operating temperature range, allowing them to function effectively in various environments. The pumps also exhibit good suction characteristics, enabling them to prime quickly and maintain steady flow even under low inlet pressure conditions. The AZPF series pumps are constructed using high-quality materials, ensuring durability and longevity. They are designed to withstand challenging operating conditions and provide reliable performance over an extended service life.
